Title: The Individual I Look Up To Plot: Michael is tasked with composing an essay about someone he deeply admires. Initially, he chooses Florida, recognizing her resilience and commitment to holding the family together. Yet, Florida suggests that James might be the more deserving candidate. Unfortunately, James's recent decision to pursue a new job casts doubt on his admirable qualities, complicating Michael's choice.
