T.J. stumbles upon a government-engineered robot responsible for a murder. Just in time, Superboy intervenes to rescue him. When a government agent insists that all information is classified, they decide to walk away. However, the official later confronts the robot's creator, who has his own agenda. In a twist, he captures T.J. to lure Superboy into a trap.
