Superboy (1988)

Episode Overview

Superboy leaps through a portal to evade a deadly kryptonite attack, finding himself in an alternate reality where he is known as the "Sovereign," a tyrant ruling through fear. In this universe, Lana and Luthor are passionate allies, spearheading a rebellion against the Sovereign. Armed with a kryptonite bomb, Lana plans to eliminate him, but her actions inadvertently harm both versions of Superboy. As she detonates the bomb, killing them both, the first alternate Superboy manages to save the original from the kryptonite shockwave. Ultimately, Superboy destroys the portal, closing this chapter.
