J.D. is growing increasingly frustrated with Turk's overly competitive nature, particularly when it spills over into personal jabs and affects patient care. At the same time, Dr. Cox discovers a delicious coffee blend, but his ongoing rivalry with Dr. Kelso leads to the dismissal of the only nurse who can brew it. Meanwhile, Elliot encounters a handsome patient she recognizes immediately, but struggles to find a way to encourage him to ask her out.
