Elliot remains homeless and struggles with her situation. Meanwhile, J.D. feels he's lost his charm when he fails to kiss the girl from the gift shop during their date. Turk and Carla are facing relationship issues, as Carla feels Turk isn't reciprocating her affection equally. Additionally, Dr. Cox is thrown into a panic when he agrees to let Jordan move in with him because of her pregnancy, adding to his stress.
