Episode Overview

J.D. finds himself drawn to the wife of a comatose patient known as T.C.W. (Tasty Coma Wife), grappling with feelings of guilt despite her apparent interest in him. On top of that, he is overwhelmed by the relationship woes of his colleagues: Elliot is sabotaging her romance with Paul over a beef jerky dispute, Carla discovers her engagement ring has been ingested by a patient, and Dr. Cox is struggling to gain Jordan's attention, as she is preoccupied with their baby. J.D. wishes for a break from everyone's emotional baggage.
