Episode Overview

When Spence, a college friend of J.D. and Turk, comes to town, he inadvertently spills a secret to Dr. Cox. Their wild night out with the accomplished Spence leads Turk and J.D. to arrive at work late and inebriated, prompting a stern reprimand from Dr. Kelso. Meanwhile, Elliot struggles with feelings of inadequacy, unable to meet Dr. Kelso's expectations. Additionally, the Janitor reignites his rivalry with J.D., this time focusing on a dispute over their paychecks.
