Elliot ends up in bed with a charming doctor she barely knows, quickly gaining a reputation at the hospital. Turk struggles with back pain after working alongside the diminutive Dr. Amato during surgery. Meanwhile, J.D. learns that donning a white coat doesn’t necessarily improve his skills, and he's disheartened when Dr. Cox points out yet another error he’s made. Meanwhile, Dr. Kelso is itching for a chance to unleash his frustrations on Dr. Cox.
