J.D. thinks he has discovered a potential mentor in Dr. Kevin Casey, a surgeon who grapples with obsessive-compulsive disorder. However, he soon learns that Dr. Cox has harbored jealousy toward Casey all along. In another storyline, the Janitor teams up with his new assistant to assist Kelso in tackling a messy garbage issue.
