Jordan's friends, Allison and Maddie, arrive in town to support her following her brother's passing, yet their unwavering presence only adds to Dr. Cox's stress. Meanwhile, Turk finds himself trying to win over the new female surgeon, Dr. Miller, but his initial interaction leaves him more confused about women than ever. In an effort to strengthen the sexual harassment policy at Sacred Heart, Carla is tasked with leading a training session, where she discovers that Dr. Kelso is her most enthusiastic participant.
