Episode Overview

J.D. is struggling to move on from his recent split while grappling with the infuriatingly flawless intern, Keith. To complicate things, a beloved patient lies in a critical coma, prompting each staff member to cope in their own unique manner. Dr. Cox and the Janitor share a moment of camaraderie over drinks at the bar, while Carla takes it upon herself to transform the hospital gym into a welcoming space for women. In the midst of this chaos, Turk proposes that J.D. and Elliot engage in some casual encounters.
