Episode Overview

Turk discovers Carla is pregnant before she does, and with J.D.'s encouragement, he plans to announce the exciting news to the entire hospital staff as a surprise. However, Carla prefers to share her pregnancy herself, prompting Turk and J.D. to scramble to keep the news under wraps. Meanwhile, Elliot inadvertently puts Dr. Cox in a compromising position, leading him to seek revenge by involving Keith and Carla in his scheme.
