In "His Story III," Turk and Carla transform J.D.'s former bedroom into a nursery for their baby. Meanwhile, the Janitor takes advantage of the situation, finding a way to sideline J.D. for a day. In another storyline, Elliot enlists her mother’s help to gather intel about Keith's friends. Additionally, Turk and Dr. Cox engage in a playful rivalry, each accusing the other of lacking coolness.
