Episode Overview

J.D. aims to demonstrate to Dr. Cox and Dr. Kelso how to properly mentor interns, but soon realizes that their laughter at his jokes stems from a mix of fear and admiration. Meanwhile, the hospital staff tries to steer clear of Jordan, with Turk being the only one willing to engage her. A failed effort to connect leads to Jordan being duped by Sam, a drug addict. In another storyline, Elliot's fellowship takes a turn for the worse, prompting her to vent her frustrations to the talkative Carla.
