Dr. Cox finds himself channeling the TV character House as he tackles various puzzling situations, one of which involves unraveling Elliot's resentment towards Dr. Kelso, which she is inexplicably directing at Turk. Meanwhile, J.D. is determined to improve his relationship skills and be a more supportive boyfriend to Kim.
