Episode Overview

Eleanor takes on the case of a man charged with murdering his wife and their unborn child, as he maintains that it was a suicide. Meanwhile, Eugene and Jimmy represent a woman who shot a drug dealer on her street. Alan Shore seeks employment from Eleanor after losing his job due to embezzlement. He is assigned a case involving a woman who accuses a homeless man of unexpectedly kissing her, an incident she describes as being "Halle Berry'd." Alan pressures her to withdraw her complaint by threatening her with insurance fraud.
