Episode Overview
The elite group of girls at school invites Rainbow to be part of their Halloween costume as Tootie from “The Facts of Life.” She believes this is her chance to finally belong, but Denise sees things from a different perspective. At the same time, Alicia is hesitant about letting the kids go trick-or-treating after hearing Harrison and his coworkers share stories about all the potential dangers involved.
