Mr. Bennet becomes exhausted from the constant struggle to maintain cleanliness in the house, leading him to employ a new housekeeper, Mrs. Skinner. She arrives at Hexwood Farm with her troublesome son, Arthur, who quickly proves to be a nuisance. Their presence creates chaos, prompting Catweazle to step in and perform a spell to send them away.
