Fuwa Rescue and Shougadani Rescue are in the midst of preparing for the Tokyo Fire Department’s internal selection tournament. As they concentrate on their training, an unexpected fire ignites in a skyscraper nearby. Both teams are quickly given a special dispatch order to respond to the emergency.
