Pod 4 receives a nomination for "Pod of the Month" from their teacher, sparking intense jealousy in Amelia, whose pod typically claims the title. Determined to sabotage their chances, she tries to sow discord among the members. In her scheme, she discovers Birch's artwork, labeled "Pod Life," which portrays Sandra, Liam, and Raffi in an unflattering light. Seizing the opportunity, Amelia proposes publishing these drawings in the school newspaper, leading to a rift within Pod 4 as they begin to distrust Birch and each other.
