Alex Polizzi visits the coastal resort of Bournemouth to assist 67-year-old Ken Robins, who owns a hotel that’s facing tough times. Each of the 55 rooms is named after iconic movie stars and musicians, but after touring the premises, Alex suggests that Ken needs to fully embrace the celebrity concept. She provides him with creative ideas to bring more glamour and excitement to the hotel. Will Ken, a former accountant, be willing to accept her bold and flashy vision for transforming his establishment?
