Alex Polizzi visits the LG Thai Derm Spa and Guest House in Loughborough to assist newcomers in the hospitality industry, Hasmeeta and Bharat, a husband-and-wife team. After taking over two years ago, the couple was captivated by the distinctive Thai-themed establishment, which features a spa with treatment rooms, a 24-seat restaurant, and 10 guest rooms. Although they managed to keep the business afloat during the pandemic, it came at a significant price, resulting in unclean rooms, a malfunctioning spa, and disorganized management.
