Episode Overview

Alex Polizzi travels to the West Midlands to assist 60-year-old entrepreneur Stephen, who is in distress. His cherished family residence, a 500-year-old farmhouse, has been transformed into a 10-bedroom hotel that is struggling with a mere 23 percent occupancy rate. Stephen is perplexed about the reasons for this decline. Alex tackles several problems, including inadequate signage, the absence of blinds in guest rooms, and concerns regarding privacy.
