After Tony Grecco, Vinnie and Sonny's trusted associate, has a confrontation with the police, Vinnie ends up getting arrested. Meanwhile, the Steelgraves discover that illegal arms are being shipped out from their pier. Seizing the opportunity, they plan to take control of the weapons and resell them to their original owner.
