Episode Overview

Worried about Vinnie's dependence on pain medication for his leg injury, Frank reaches out to Paul Beckstead, who insists on a routine physical for Vinnie. Meanwhile, Daryl Elias, undergoing therapy at the hospital, blames Vinnie for his own misfortunes. In a vengeful move, he accesses Vinnie's medical records and demands a psychiatric evaluation for him. When Vinnie fights against this, he is forcibly sedated and confined. In this drugged state, Vinnie is haunted by his worst fears manifesting as Sonny Steelgrave, who accuses him of causing his death.
