Episode Overview
Vinnie, disregarding Paul Beckstead's concerns, leverages Diana's record to ignite a bidding war aimed at selling Dead Dog to a larger label. When he manages to sign the elusive James Eliot, Newquay steps in with an offer to purchase Dead Dog, leaving Vinnie, Bobby, and Diana out of the loop. Diana hesitates at Newquay's proposal, revealing her past romantic involvement with their representative. Ignoring Frank's advice, Vinnie ultimately sells Dead Dog to Isaac. Frank warns Vinnie that Newquay has been investigating his background.
