Episode Overview

Frank hears from a reporter buddy about a corrupt town in Washington and decides to send Vinnie to dig deeper into the situation. Vinnie assumes the identity of a truck driver who has just lost his rig to repossession. However, the local sheriff begins to investigate Vinnie and discovers his past as a police officer, prompting him to offer Vinnie a deputy position. In a tense moment, Vinnie stops Bobby from taking Volchek's life and then stages Bobby's death to gain Volchek's confidence.
