Episode Overview

Vinnie heads to Washington to look into a counterfeiting scheme aimed at undermining the Japanese economy. Frank cautions him to tread lightly, hinting at a power struggle since Paul has been abruptly dispatched to Thailand and Mark is now in charge. Vinnie fears that Masters may be plotting to frame him for the coup at Isle Pavot. When Mark loses his grip following the murder of his old mentor, he is removed from his position. During this chaotic time, Vinnie encounters Kate Gallagher.
