The toned lifeguards of Bondi are put to the test when the all-male revue, Manpower Australia, unexpectedly shows up. Meanwhile, a vibrant local is discovered unresponsive and face down in the sand. Singlets quickly jumps into the buggy to rush to the rescue, but a swarm of seagulls obstructs his path, leading to an unexpected hitchhiker joining him on his mission.
