Episode Overview
Rookie Lifeguard Blake encounters his first major challenge during an underwater training relay. He competes against Brooke, the first full-time female lifeguard and a former Iron Woman, as they each carry weights for five hundred meters underwater. With her experience, Brooke seems to glide effortlessly, while Blake struggles to keep up. Meanwhile, panic ensues when a grandmother realizes her two granddaughters are missing in the busy waters of Bondi. Christmas festivities are temporarily set aside as lifeguards rescue two swimmers caught in a rip. Reidy, having proven himself last year, prepares for his ultimate test to reach top-level lifeguard status as he faces the towering summer waves.
