Episode Overview

Corey Adams dashes into the water to save a group of classmates trapped in a rip current, but he faces daunting challenges with only one lifeguard on duty and six people in danger. Meanwhile, the lifeguards at Bondi are engaged in their own ironman challenge, filled with secret training sessions and side bets. Additionally, Kerrbox enlists a British backpacker to help pull off an elaborate prank on his coworker, the former "Home and Away" star known as Whippet.
