The Ricardos are heading to Maine for the summer and plan to rent out their apartment while they’re away. However, their landlords, the Mertzes, are not on board with this plan and are even less enthusiastic about the prospective tenants. Additionally, they aren't thrilled about the new roommates that come along with the arrangement.
