Episode Overview

Following a near-fatal hit and run involving Anthony Stewart, Matlock understands that the only way to exonerate him is to locate Shelby Russell, the alleged witness whose testimony landed Stewart in trouble. He manages to find her through her mother and warns Shelby that if she fails to testify, her boyfriend will be implicated in Michael Russell's murder.
