In today's adventure, Nicki Chapman heads to Devon to assist a couple from South London in finding their ideal countryside home within a £500,000 budget. Eager to give back to the community, Nicki also takes them to Appledore, where they meet the dedicated volunteers at the local RNLI station who selflessly serve the village.
