Episode Overview

Hooker and Romano find themselves in the middle of a conflict involving an independent truck driver and a merciless wholesaler who is undermining the trucker's business. Despite the objections of his superiors, Hooker feels compelled to step in before the truckers resort to taking matters into their own hands out of frustration with the inaction against the saboteurs. Complicating the situation further is a new female police commissioner who disapproves of Hooker's approach, adding tension to an already volatile scenario.
