Episode Overview

In a string of armed supermarket heists, a young cashier is left potentially paralyzed when the robbers take her hostage and then toss her from their speeding vehicle to evade law enforcement. The criminals are driving custom "hill racers," which leads to the wrongful arrest of a local hill racing champion and an old friend of Hooker's, who is mistakenly identified as the main suspect. Determined to clear his friend's name, Hooker sets off on a high-speed chase to catch the true offenders.
