Episode Overview

A diamond thief and his accomplice deceive a young boy and kidnap him, intending to hurt the boy's mother, the thief's ex-wife. Hooker pursues the leads to Mexico, where he teams up with a quirky local detective to locate both the thief and the abducted boy.
