Episode Overview

While out on patrol, Hooker and Romano notice a van weaving dangerously on the road, revealing two men holding a pair of teenage prostitutes against their will. When the van crashes, they discover one of the girls has been strangled, marking another victim of "The Boulevard Strangler" and his accomplice, who target young runaways. The surviving girl, who escaped an abusive home, leads a double life as a model student and a prostitute. Now, her life is at risk, as the killers fear she could identify them in the murder. Meanwhile, Corrigan is contemplating a career change to teaching.
