Episode Overview

When Hooker arrives at the horrific crime scene of a murdered college student, he immediately identifies the killer's signature style as that of "The Night Ripper," a notorious serial killer responsible for six gruesome sex crimes four years earlier, who managed to evade capture. With the psychopathic murderer resurfacing and instilling fear in the community, Hooker feels the weight of urgency to reveal the killer’s identity and bring him to justice.
