In 1959, the vibrant spirit of Perth was shattered by a surge of criminal activity. By early 1963, this turmoil escalated into a series of chilling murders. A couple found themselves under fire while parked in their vehicle. In different incidents, two men were gunned down at close range as they slept peacefully. Another victim was shot in the forehead upon answering his door. A young woman was brutally strangled and assaulted, while an 18-year-old babysitter was coldly murdered as she relaxed with her studies by the fire. The perpetrator behind these heinous acts was none other than Eric Edgar Cooke.
