Episode Overview

Four talented chefs enter Flavortown, eager to demonstrate that classic comfort foods can be transformed into healthier yet equally scrumptious options. To kick off the New Year, Guy Fieri tasks them with creating a burger and fries, completely avoiding conventional burger components. Following that, the chefs face the challenge of crafting a healthy lasagna while adhering to a weight restriction on their ingredients. They also have to work within a tight budget to prepare a fried chicken dinner. In the end, one chef will successfully uphold their resolutions, outshine the competition, and snag a shopping spree worth up to $20,000.
