In celebration of the late, great chef and prankster Carl "The Cuban" Ruiz, Guy Fieri hosts the 3rd annual April Fools' special at Flavortown Market, inviting some of Carl's closest culinary friends for a night filled with incredible food and clever pranks. The four competing chefs have one hour to whip up a fiery appetizer and an even hotter main dish that will leave the judges sweating.
