Episode Overview

In the initial round, the chefs must carefully select their top meat dish without going overboard on weight. The second challenge introduces an element of chance as they create an all-American lunch based on the whims of the Food Wheel. The stakes rise for the two finalists when Guy demands a gourmet dinner, complicating matters by swapping their ingredients and introducing a Red Light Special that tests their cooking skills to the limit.
