Inside, insulation contractor Don Sawyer and his team spray expanding foam into the media room's stud bays, the crawl space joist bays, and the master bedroom walls after removing the old fiberglass insulation. Outside, landscape contractor Roger Cook oversees the setup of an in-ground sprinkler system for the future lawn, while a hydroseeding crew applies seed over the prepared earth.
