On the final day in Key West, viewers get to see the freshly installed pool, complete with its innovative cleaning system and a heat pump that provides both heating and cooling—essential for cooling down pools during the sweltering summers. Inside the house, tile artisan Tom Lapp is busy perfecting a stunning entryway adorned with black and white Cuban concrete tiles. Meanwhile, painter Perry Fergus and his team are applying a latex topcoat to the house's exterior and a glossy oil finish to the new shutters. The Vierers pay a visit to the local shop where the shutters were crafted.
