Public insurance adjuster and former This Old House homeowner Dick Benedetti walks us through the steps of filing the Silvas' insurance claim. Architect Chris Dallmus begins planning the new home design with Dick and Sandra Silva, while outside, a perc test is conducted for the new septic system and landscape contractor Roger Cook assesses the surviving and lost plants from the fire.
