After 25 years of dreaming, homeowner Jan Winford sees her vision for renovating her 1907 bungalow come to life, aided by This Old House. The crew returns to Santa Barbara after a brief construction break and is astonished by the bungalow's stunning transformation, featuring classic Arts-and-Crafts style elements. Our master carpenter praises general contractor Steve Crawford for successfully managing such an ambitious project within a tight schedule. The two then join the rest of the team to celebrate at the customary wrap party.
