The Charlestown project house is progressing nicely, with the installation of a metal spiral staircase planned for the back ell, connecting the Beliveaus' new kitchen to the street below. At the same time, landscaping contractor Roger Cook and landscape architect David Hawk start working on designing two secluded outdoor areas—one designated for the renters and the other for the Beliveaus themselves.
