Master carpenter Norm Abram and host Kevin O'Connor head to the Hamilton docks to welcome the "Bermuda Islander" ship from New Jersey. Back at Harbour View, Kevin catches up with project manager Alex DeCouto, who shares that landscaping has commenced in the south court, the verandah is framed, and the second-floor walls are erected. In the basement, Norm discovers HVAC contractor Steven Cardoza installing a new eco-friendly heating and cooling system.
