Roger begins unloading the greenery while landscape architect Stephanie Hubbard plans the layout for the new birch trees. Inside the barn, Norm discovers Tom managing the installation of water-blown expanding soft foam insulation. To explore the influence of Greek temple design on the American Greek Revival style, architect Thomas Gordon Smith presents Kevin with a full-scale model of Nashville's Parthenon and an elaborate home known as "Rattle and Snap." Meanwhile, in the master bedroom, Norm observes plasterer Stephen Norton installing innovative non-combustible, moisture- and mold-resistant wallboard, addressing ongoing mold issues in construction.
